MSJ Giving Day Success

Thank you to everyone who has supported our Giving Day Buy A Bursary Bauble Appeal

Thank you to everyone who has supported our Giving Day Buy A Bursary Bauble Appeal. The generosity of donors will further our aim of reaching out to more bright and talented girls who couldn’t be with us were it not for means-tested bursary assistance. In addition to the £6,000 raised from donations to our Buy A Bursary Bauble Appeal we also received a major donation of almost £30,000.

Donors received entry to our prize draw to win a week in the Lake District or a luxury stay in the Cotswolds at the Double Red Duke in Clanford (Thanks to Old Girl Georgie Pearman (Oram Hawkins, MGC 1991) for donating this prize.)

We have drawn the winners and will be in touch with them separately with details to redeem their prizes.

Donations from those taking part in our clothes and accessories ‘Shwopping’ event raised over £600 for West Mercia Women’s Aid, a local domestic abuse charity and an additional £250 for our partner school in The Gambia that the girls visit every other year to help build and maintain infrastructure projects.
