The Founders' Library Renovation and Sixth Form Centre

The Founders’ Library is a wonderful space at the heart of the School’s academic life and has been a fantastic facility for pupils of all ages since it was opened by Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother in 1934. Having given us the best part of a century’s service, it is time to renovate and update this room so that it can see us into the next century and beyond. This means retaining its history and feel, but bringing in digital resources and modern infrastructure, and delivering the flexible functions we need for twenty-first century teaching and learning. It will be an inspirational place to explore, imagine and create. We have exciting plans, and will be sharing more.

Please see the Library case statement below for more information in the interim.
